Contact form and email
The contact form explains the available submission method before you submit. When the button says “Send inquiry,” your name, email, company, chosen service, timing, and message pass through our Vercel-hosted endpoint and Resend email service to the business inbox. Resend processes message content and delivery information to deliver that email. The website does not maintain a separate lead database.
When the button says “Prepare email,” the form builds a draft locally in your browser. Nothing is submitted by that action. You decide whether to copy it or open your email application and send it. If a direct submission cannot be confirmed, the page preserves your details as a draft and explains that delivery is uncertain.
Information you submit or email is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or confidential customer records in an initial inquiry.
Website delivery and logs
The website is hosted on Vercel, and Cloudflare provides domain services. Service providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and security logs as part of delivering and protecting their services.
This website does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. It does not require an account or store inquiry drafts in browser storage.
Use, sharing, and retention
Inquiry information is used for business communication and retained as needed for that purpose, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. It may be processed by the providers that deliver business email and website services. It is not sold or used to build advertising audiences.
Client work may require a separate agreement that describes authorized access, confidentiality, information handling, and retention for the project. This notice does not replace that agreement.
Your requests
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information by emailing rob@bobbybuiltservices.com. Requests are considered subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Avoid including sensitive information in the request.
