Is your email setup keeping pace with your team?

Growing teams need more than an individual mailbox. Shared addresses, groups, new domains, file sharing, and departures all need a consistent approach so information stays accessible to the right people.

Where we can help

  • Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace configuration
  • Business-domain email setup and mailbox configuration
  • Shared mailboxes, aliases, groups, and delegated access
  • Email routing and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration
  • Mailbox migration readiness and agreed migration projects
  • Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google collaboration settings
  • External sharing, mailbox access, and retention-setting reviews
  • Employee email setup instructions and administrator documentation

ILLUSTRATIVE PROJECT SCOPE

A business email foundation

Configure one business domain and an agreed set of mailboxes or shared addresses. Review routing and sender authentication, validate sending and receiving, document access ownership, and give employees clear setup instructions. Any migration includes its own inventory, change window, and acceptance criteria.

What you take forward

  • A record of mailbox, domain, and access configuration
  • Sending, receiving, and agreed collaboration validation
  • Employee setup guidance and an administrator handoff

Final deliverables are defined in the written scope.

AGREE THE BOUNDARIES

A clear scope
makes the difference.

Licenses, mailbox sizes, archives, third-party mail systems, and migration tooling affect scope. DNS changes are approved and existing mail routing is preserved through a planned change. Authentication improves sender verification; it cannot guarantee inbox placement or remove all phishing risk.

Can you work with an existing Microsoft or Google tenant?

Yes. We establish current ownership, settings, dependencies, and permissions before proposing changes. Existing email and data are considered in the implementation and rollback plan.

Can you help with shared inboxes and employee departures?

Yes. Mailbox access, delegation, forwarding, ownership, and retention requirements can be reviewed and configured under an agreed process. The business identifies what information must be retained and who is authorized to access it.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING THAT WORKS
